My darling boy seems to be frightened of water. Well at the pools anyway. Hes fine in the bath and in the shower, put him in a public pool and he doesnt seem to cope so well.
In his defence he did have to contend with the wave pool, waves not going of course, so there were older kids around him splashing etc.
Excuse me in a bathing suit haha, i just wanted to post this as you cant help but feel sorry for him. will definatly be trying to get him used to pools in our own one at work. Swimming is important skill to learn in my opinion.
