Well cant give myself too much grief over not blogging my day 9 on time as today is already Day 10 and i have something else thats made me happy, more to follow later.
As for today, my mister 4 had asked (or demanded) im not quite sure which one, for a banana cake as he had not had one for his Birthday. He had a chocolate cherry one made by his nan instead spoilt darling lol. I wanted to at least make it a little healthier and suggested banana loaf with lemon icing. Went down a treat when i suggested it to Ryan.
My other half being mister awesome chef decided to put a cool twist on my idea as hes not the biggest fan of Banana and changed the idea slightly to a Spiced Orange, Banana, Chocolate Chip loaf.
